Booking options
Bookings can be made for 30 minute or longer massages.
Online bookings are the preferred and fastest way to book (click here).
When booking your credit card is not charged - it's just required to hold the booking. You pay for your massage when you arrive at your appointment (cash or card).
Phone bookings can be made, however after the call you will receive a text message from FRESHA requiring you to confirm your booking with a credit or debit card. You must confirm the booking otherwise it will not be saved.

You only need to enter your card details once (for future bookings this is not required).

Group bookings of 3 or more people must be made online.
Arrival
Kindly arrive 5 minutes before your massage booking so you can fill in some information and ask us any questions.
We accept AMEX, Mastercard and Visa (surcharges apply) as well as cash. Payment is accepted prior to your massage.
It is our policy that customers wear underwear during their massage. If preferred, we can provide disposable underwear for you.
In order for a relaxing experience for everyone, mobile phones are to be on silent. If you need to answer your phone, excuse yourself from the massage area, and take the call in reception. Thank you.
Medical concerns
If you have any medical concerns, have recently had surgery, or are pregnant, please inform our receptionist prior to your massage.
If we are unsure whether massage would be safe for your condition, or potentially affect our practitioners, then we may recommend you not having massage.
Cancellations
We are a busy practice, so if you wish to change or cancel a booking, 24 hours notice is required by either updaing your onine booking, or calling the branch you booked and speaking to our receptionist.
If less than 24 hours notice is given (or no show) then your credit card used to hold the booking will be charged 50% (gift vouchers will lose 50% of their time value). Deposits for group bookings will not be refunded.
